The Other Side Of Me

This Blog is a documentation, a day-to-day account of my coming out process. This is here so people can read, and see where i've made mistakes and where i've made progress, so that during their coming out they can attempt to avoid or emulate those things. It is also here, to show the struggle me and many others have faced, when coming to terms with our sexuality.

Just blew a huge load of shit... right out my ass!

OMG... i just did the first homework for my Sci-fi class... OMG it is hilarious! I hope she knows that Mercury is also the Transgender Symbol... but since we can't reference shit i couldn't hint that i'm fabulous by linking to where i learned that the Mercury symbol is a female symbol with a crescent moon! Here it is:
For Reference I’m talking about this scene:

I noticed that the sun and the crescent moon resemble the upper half of the alchemic symbol for Mercury. Which is also used to represent the Roman god Mercury, which is the Greek equivalent to Hermes. Both where the Messenger gods of each religion. I believe that this plays into what was showed at the beginning of the movie; that this Obelisk was bringing knowledge [the apes starting to use tools]. The symbol for Mercury consists of symbol for the female and a crescent moon. So making the moon the actual crescent at the top of this scene falls into that. Using the sun and the moon might also be of importance; like the sun might be used, because it is the ‘mother’ [female half of the symbol] that gives our planet life.
