No, Half-assed, and amazingly no.
Thou shalt ask the Sci-fi teacher for book recommendations, and thou shall receive!
Sorta... she is going to have to think about it, since she was 'going blank'. But she did tell me that they just got a movie in at the library about Gays and Lesbians on TV and Movies, and she did think of one book. So i'm going to have to see if i can't find that book somewhere.
The Book: "Alternate Channels" By Steven Capsuto
The Movie: Off The Straight and Narrow.
[EDIT]
Oh this was great! when i went into her office, she asked me what this was for... and i said i'm coming out. And she said something along the lines: "Oh, your doing a report on coming out", like she was correcting me. I was amazed. I had to correct her, saying "no, i'm coming out". Then she was like "Oh! congratulations."

I tell the English department.... Because that is where she is, and so have the other two teachers...
Odd how that works out. I haven't told any of my CS teachers, and i've told more females then males... I need to change that.
and i wouldn't mind being a topic for them to discuss, i doubt they could have anything on me that would be too bad. Really, i would love to hear what people say about me behind my back when they know. I'd also like to get into a verbal match with a homophobe, test my skills and such.
but yea, i have teachers that i wouldn't tell; because i'd like to pass the class, but as for being a topic, i really couldn't care less. Hell, i'd enjoy false stories about myself; i'd be like, "I did what?!? That sounds exciting, tell me some more."
So far if i count all the teachers that I’m almost 100% positive that would be ok with it have been in the English department and my sociology teacher. When i get to about 75% i have one CS teacher that i think would be cool with it, but he is from my days at OSU-Okmulgee. All the other teachers I’m at 50/50.
I only know a few people that fall below that 50% mark. And most of them are kin-folk; and i really don't have anything to do with them. They are the drink-n-drive rednecks, that have to have the huge ass truck, and those shitty ass boots; and they love to make fun of the queers.
That is why i hate family reunions on my dad's side. It's like a rodeo, and i hate rodeos... unless they are gay rodeos, and yes there are gay rodeos (Yes! even in Oklahoma... see); but only because they have gay people there. If it wasn't for the gay people, I’d hate it, cause i hate horses and cows and stuff; i just hate livestock. When i eat meat, I’m happy that those damn cows didn't have a chance.
I've never been to a gay rodeo, but i bet if there was a lot of homosexuality i'd enjoy it.
Oh! my! How did i get to gay rodeos? Back to English Teachers...
But I’ve like 75% of my female, Collage, English department teachers; not in that way of course. I like the 50% that seems to be stronger. Not the kind of women that would be that TV housewife. That seem stronger, and you know how gay men love strong women. They are the ones that seem to break free from that housewife stereotype that is admired by straight men everywhere. Like my Comp II teacher wasn't the type that wanted to get married, plus she had strong political believes. She told us that she wouldn't allow her boyfriend to buy her a diamond because of the people that have been killed for that 'blood diamond'. My other female teachers from different departments seem to be more passive; they seem the type to be home cooking a meal for 'her man' 'cause that is the way he likes it.
I know if my female teacher starts the class with a political opinion, that I’m going to end up liking the class.
