Typing on my Commodore 64.

I've been basically Computer-Free for the last few weeks... not by choice. I'm not happy. I got my little sister's PC now, it's like 400mhz w/ 56mb of ram... it sucks. I'm currently trying to do a job search, it's not being very sucessful. Between the 400mhz w/ 56mb of RAM running Windows 98 and I.E. 5.0 asking me every fucking 5 mins if i want to accept a someting-or-another, it's taking forever! Oh, and I.E. crashes. Then when re-opening it crashes again, so i have to restart the PC. Then i have to get back to where i was. Not to mention that 'Zango' is on this PC, which opens pop-ups all the time!

It's pissing me off more then the shitty day i've had already.

And all the IT jobs have Applicatons that i've never even heard of, not to mention never been trained to use. It really sucks. I need an entry level CS job. Let me be a cable monkey or at least a Hardware swapper. Or even better, a Ghoster... I hope there isn't a job solely devoted to Ghosting Hard-drives... That would be boring as fuck... but i would like it.

Ok, it's been a few hours, still no good-looking job thingies... 'bout to go crazy. Not because of the no-good-looking-jobs, because of damn kids; unplugging the damn phone line. Also the damn.. "i have no work references" delimmia... i hate that shit. Bitches. All of them... like i would have a work reference! Like i need one! Pfff. I am the single most perfect being in existance! Me lowering myself down to a mortal's standard is enough! Now they want me to mingle with them.... EIW! I threwup a lil in my mouth just thinking about it. :-p

No really, i need one or in this case two... that i can trust, y'all. I could give out a few, but i have no idea if they would screw me over. Acctually, i don't have a single one, now that i think about it. I had one, but lost the number... well... shit. And those i have 'worked' with in the past with more then a month employment is Kin... no really, like grandfather, dad, and uncle were the employers. So i'm screwed, since we all share the same last name. That's what sucks, i have really no references nor any solid employment.

I want solid employment. However, i want solid employment doing something that i enjoy (computers). But i don't have a high enough degree for most jobs, and when i do, i don't get a word back, just that the application is being processed. or in one case some i get a rude HR rep. Really rude. Rude not only to me, either. but anyways...

What else... Ummm... nothing i can really think of. Nothing really has been happening that i care to type about...

But i'm going to get off of here and look at jobs some more...

Searching for jobs depresses me... I spend hours and hours searching, and when i find one i like i don't hear a word from them... and all i get is 'application is being processes' when i check up on it. Maybe this Commodore 64 is still sending the damn packets through the internets...
