Biz Comm...

Ok, yesterday I gave my Biz Comm’s oral report over lack of gay rights/benefits in the workplace. OMFG! That was horrible! Not only did I out myself to almost the entire class, I also mentioned my suicidal episode and was actually speaking about gay issues. I about died. It was the worst oral presentation I’ve ever given, not even the first oral presentation was as bad [feeling of nerviness, not the quality of the report]. Someone kill me, if I try to do that again anytime soon.

However, right now I feel really good, I survived it and I even seen a couple people reading the handouts I given. So it was worth all the jitters and feelings of me about to pass out. Plus almost the whole class didn’t know you could be fired for being gay, and the Home Depot providing coverage for pets and not domestic partners really had people gasping. Before you get pissed, Home Depot recently started giving coverage for domestic partners, but you can still pissed that it took so long.
