What Did i Get Myself Into?

OMG, that was the most nerve-racking thing ever.

Ok, to be in 'ready mode' to accept calls you have to push the 'R' button... me and the girl next to me just hovered over it for awhile... We was like "Fuck this". But finally we both, at the same time, pushed it. OMG! if someone came up from behind me and shouted "BOO!" i would have had a heart attack.

I was hung up on 3 times, two of those times was from Installers not likeing me putting them on hold. But fuck, my first day, they better be glad i didn't faint and said nothing. I had one wrong number (i think), they just hung up. And i helped one person, he had lost his local channels on one Receiver... all i had to do is hit a button and they were back on. I also had a 'Best Customer' complain about a installer not showing up... 3 times!

I also was wished a Merry Christmas twice! Woo Hoo.

But today i also got my Bonus! Wooot. They give out the same bonus to the trainees as they do the regular Employees... this year we got 5 DVDs and 1 Gift Card.
