The Other Side Of Me

This Blog is a documentation, a day-to-day account of my coming out process. This is here so people can read, and see where i've made mistakes and where i've made progress, so that during their coming out they can attempt to avoid or emulate those things. It is also here, to show the struggle me and many others have faced, when coming to terms with our sexuality.

pwn3d!!!1!

Don't you hate it when people tell you your wrong, but you know that you’re absolutely right? Not me, i love it. Because it gives me a gateway to totally, humiliate them.

Not too long ago, the subject of serial killer's came up from a discussion of motive. I said something to someone about what was his Motivation for doing an action i cannot remember. But it ended up in a dispute with a 3rd party about what is motivation. Yes, i know how stupid it sounds. I told him that a lot of things can be a motive, like hair color can be a serial killer's motive to kill. It would be what caused him to act. I guess i lost him with the word motive. He told me that motive had to be some sort of monetary gain or puts something into the killer's favor.

This argument continued on the ride home, and even in cyberspace. I emailed him with PROOF that he was wrong, that Mission-orientated Serial Killers "believe that their acts are justified on the basis that they are getting rid of a certain type of people".

Replied that my source wasn't good enough, and had items proving he was 'right'; funny thing though, he didn't provide sources... I did.

So next day it continued again, and the more you read his 'sources' the funnier it became. He had quotes that gave no reference to what it was talking about, like this gem: "the absence of motive is evidence tending to presume innocence"

Really Where The Fuck is that talking about Serial Killers? But he clearly puts that in a sentence that looks like the quote is about serial killers.

But above all the best part of his email reply was the last sentence: Serial-killers kill and they know it, but they believe themselves to be right in killing their victims.

Ahhhh.... no. Some Serial Killers have actually asked to be stopped/caught.

So i had to reply to his reply, this time using 'good' sources. Like a Law Dictionary.

Legal : mo·tive
n.
[Anglo-French motif, from Middle French motif adjective, moving, from
Medieval Latin motivus, from Latin motus, past participle of movēre to
move]

Something (as a need or desire) that causes a person to act
- In criminal law, motive is distinguished from intent or mens rea.
Although motive is not an element of a crime, evidence regarding motives can be introduced to help establish intent. In contract law, motive is usually distinguished from cause or consideration.

Then i asked him to play a game: Find the Motive!

Carroll Cole (1971-1980) was a 40-year old drunkard from San Diego who visited Las Vegas often. He claimed to have killed 35 "loose women" across several states, California, Nevada, Texas, Wyoming, and Oklahoma because they reminded him of his mother. Most of the victims were strangled in parking lots, and he reportedly took their bodies home to sleep with their corpses. At his trial in 1981, he attempted an unsuccessful insanity defense by falsely claiming he cannibalized one of the victims. When sentenced to be executed by lethal injection, he thanked the judge.

I'm not good at games so i told him, They reminded him of his mother.

Then i busted out some Court TV:

Though serial killers generally target strangers, they tend to be consistent in terms of their victims. The victims may all be women who share certain characteristics such as age or race. They may even have a similar look — perhaps the same physical build or hair color.

Which he says isn't a good source, but i think that it is an excellent source. Since it is a fairly popular tv station with the nerds, it would be accurate; 'cause we know nerds love to bust people (yea, i am a nerd) on that shit.

HAIR FUCKING COLOR IT SAID!

but the best part is that he conceded. Yep, he said that i was right, and he 'knew it all along' (highly doubt it). He was 'afraid' that i wouldn't find a source up to his high standards to prove him wrong, so he 'gave' me what he was looking for. and again, no source. So i mailed him back:

"Concession Accepted, Bitch"
With this little pic.

I was thinking of this pic for awhile though.

Really, I need to get a life.

Well i'd much rather be your bitch then his. I cringe at the thought of him beating me, at anything. But yea, i though he was joking when he said he knew it all along. I guess he wasn't, he was just lying. But he's always doing that shit. Like he'll ask for help or something, and when you give him the info (almost always an internet site), he already tired it and it didn't work, and when you do what you told him to do it magically does (we're talking about cutting and pasting source code).

Odd thing is that he claims that he doesn’t have the internet (One Phone line + his Dad Uses Computer all the time = no internet time for him), but every time you say something, he's looked it up on the internet... Then a few minutes later, he's complaining that he can't do homework online, cause he doesn’t have the internet... maybe if he stopped 'researching' crap, he'd have time for it.

Looks like the same kid.
