The Other Side Of Me

This Blog is a documentation, a day-to-day account of my coming out process. This is here so people can read, and see where i've made mistakes and where i've made progress, so that during their coming out they can attempt to avoid or emulate those things. It is also here, to show the struggle me and many others have faced, when coming to terms with our sexuality.

GOD is in the TV

I was just thinking, why do I think it would be harder to come out that I’m gay, then to come out that I’m agnostic? It makes no sense. I live in the Bible belt, but I think it would be easier to say that I’m not sure god exists, then to say I’m gay. I guess being gay is more important to me, something that cannot be changed. I guess i can always "find the light", but I can never be straight.

I don't spend much time thinking about whether God exists. I don't consider that a relevant question. It's unanswerable and irrelevant to my life, so I put it in the category of things I can't worry about.
